Clients have the vision behind the project. The decorator executes the steps to bring the project to life. The client throws me bits and pieces, and I put them together to make it happen.

The options throughout a new build or renovation are endless. I like to break them down step by step while listening carefully to what the client wants the project to become. One of my clients was only ever given two choices, because throwing a third one in the mix would send his head spinning. One of my many roles is to make sure this process is enjoyable and that’s by knowing the client’s needs and personality. Dealing with the chaos behind the scene is for me handle not my client.

Building trust in your abilities is crucial for a client. The client must feel confident that you are following “the” vision. I am the client’s voice when making decisions to complete the project. The bond grows when a client is confident you understand the direction of the project.
