Our Fees
Interior design fees typically depend on the scope and complexity of the project. Common fee structures include flat project fees, hourly rates, or a percentage of the total project cost.
Our payment structure involves:

An initial deposit (25%) before the project starts to secure your spot and begin work.

Monthly billing or progress payments based on milestones or time elapsed during the project.

Final payment upon completion or before procurement of materials and furnishings.
This setup keeps payments manageable and transparent, ensuring smooth progress and clear expectations throughout the design process.
What to Expect

Delays Can Happen
While we plan carefully and work with trusted partners, delays—especially with new builds or renovations—can sometimes occur. If they do, we’ll keep you informed and adjust timelines with care and flexibility.
