FOUNDATION
Design Direction & Planning
Investment Range: $12,000 – $28,000
Who this is for
For clients at the beginning of a renovation, new build, or major rework who need clarity before moving forward.
What this looks like
Foundation is where we slow things down and think deeply.
We listen closely to how you live, what’s working, and what isn’t. From there, we shape a clear design direction that guides every future decision.
This phase typically includes:
• Space planning and layout development
• Overall design concept and visual direction
• Material, finish, and fixture strategy
• Key preliminary selections
• A clear roadmap for what comes next
Foundation creates confidence. It ensures your project moves forward with intention not guesswork.
BUILD
Design Execution & Ongoing Support
Investment Range: $1,500 – $5,500 per month
Who this is for
For renovation and new build clients who want steady guidance once construction begins.
What this looks like
Build is where vision meets reality.
We stay closely involved as plans turn into walls, cabinetry, and finishes helping manage details, answer questions, and keep decisions aligned with the original intent.
This phase typically includes:
• Design development and ongoing selections
• Coordination with trades, contractors, and suppliers
• Site check-ins and design oversight
• Procurement support and tracking
• A styling and finishing phase at project completion
Our role here is calm, clear leadership so the process feels supported, not chaotic.
COMPREHENSIVE
Full-Service Interior Design
Investment Range: $35,000 – $85,000+
Who this is for
For clients who want a fully guided experience from start to finish, with minimal decision fatigue.
What this looks like
Comprehensive is a true partnership.
We handle the full scope from early planning through construction and all the way to the final layer ensuring everything works together seamlessly.
This service includes:
• The full Foundation phase
• Ongoing Build support
• Complete furnishing and lighting plans
• Custom furniture and millwork design
• Art sourcing and placement
• Elevated styling and installation oversight
This offering is ideal for those who value continuity, trust, and a deeply cohesive result.
STYLING
Furnishing & Finishing
Investment Range: $3,500 – $9,000 per room
Who this is for
For clients whose spaces are nearly complete or already finished but still feel like something is missing.
What this looks like
Styling is the final layer that brings warmth, balance, and personality into a space.
This may include:
• Furniture refinement and layout adjustments
• Lighting, textiles, and accessory selection
• Art sourcing and placement
• Procurement and installation coordination
Styling is available as a standalone service and is also included as the final phase of our Build and Comprehensive projects.
OUR APPROACH TO FEES
We work on flat project ranges or monthly retainers, depending on the scope of work. We do not bill hourly.
Most projects include:
• An initial retainer to secure your place in our schedule
• Structured payments tied to project phases or monthly progress
• Final payment prior to procurement or installation
This approach keeps things transparent and predictable, allowing everyone to stay focused on the work itself.
WHAT TO EXPECT
Designing a home or space is exciting and it can also feel like a lot.
Our role is to guide the process with clarity, honesty, and care. We prioritize open communication, realistic timelines, and clearly defined scopes so you always know what’s happening and why.
While delays can occur, especially during construction, we communicate proactively and adjust with intention.
At every stage, our goal is the same: to create spaces that feel thoughtful, functional, and deeply lived in.
