Alison is the heart and visionary behind DeGianni Designs. With years of experience and a passion for soulful, refined interiors, she leads each project with a balance of creativity, strategy, and grace. From initial concept through to final install, Alison ensures every detail is purposeful and personal—creating spaces that resonate deeply with the people who inhabit them.

Alissa brings a global design sensibility and unwavering precision to our studio. With experience in furniture procurement and styling from renowned design capitals like Edinburgh and London, she keeps each project flowing smoothly behind the scenes. Her organizational strength and refined eye ensure that every layer of the process is delivered with excellence.​

Our style is warm, layered, and artful—anchored in natural materials, soft contrasts, and a curated mix of old and new. We lean into “not-so-white kitchens”, patina-rich textures, and pieces that feel like they’ve been collected over time. There's always a quiet drama—a tension between raw and refined, west coast ease and European soul.

​Our process begins with listening deeply—to the client’s needs, lifestyle, and emotional aspirations. From there, we translate their vision into a cohesive plan that balances flow, function, and feeling. We act as trusted guides, managing complexity with calm clarity, and collaborating closely with trades and suppliers to bring the design to life. Our philosophy centers on soulful, story-rich spaces that are as thoughtful as they are beautiful.

We are not an architectural firm, and we don’t take on projects that lack clarity, intention, or alignment with our process. We aren’t the right fit for fast, trend-driven design or purely transactional work. Our focus is on meaningful, lasting transformations that serve the real lives of our clients—not just the market. Whether it’s a family home, a secondary suite, a vacation rental, or a new build, our best work happens when we’re trusted collaborators in a long-term vision.
